- 2000 C200 Kompressor Estate - 6 Speed Manual.
Hi there! My name is Will, I am 23 years old from Suffolk and I'm a serious car nut, In my driving time so far I have owned BMW's, Audi's, VW's and now I am onto my first Merc!
I've just gotten me a 2000 C200 Kompressor estate (163HP version with what I hear is a rare 6 speed manual). My family have actually had this car since 2008 but only now am I getting my dirty mitts on it.
Here is a picture of it on the garage forecourt we bought it off with 67k on the clock, One previous owner and it was in fantastic condition!

And here it is today with 118K on the clock, Don't be deceived by the picture! It has lots of rust in all the arches and the paint is a tad flat and most importantly the wheels need refurbing! But I plan to sort all of that out and bring it up to scratch again.

Enjoying Mercedes ownership so far even if the steering is a bit vague due to worn parts in the rack (Common problem with the W202 so I hear) and not having rack and pinion but really I'm just nitpicking on what is otherwise a very good car indeed!
I look forward to speaking to and learning a bit from everyone here!
Will.
