Hi,
I need some rear tyres for my GLE 400 167 and the prices are outrageous for 325/35R22 and was wondering if 315/35R22 instead would be an issue? There's a lot more availability of the 315's and the prices far less! Thanks in advance..

You could probably get away with it if you change all 4 because the difference in diameter is small - the difference between a new and worn tyre. The speedo will over read by about 3%. The big BUT is your insurance possibly using a non approved tyre size as an excuse not to pay a claim in the event of an accident.
A better route would be to switch to smaller rims and fit the MB recommended tyre size for the smaller rim if you don't want to pay the price for the correct 22s.

Lamborghini spec tyres are more expensive, so stick to those specified by Mercedes-Benz with the MO or MO1 marker. MO are less expensive and better suited to your car - the Lamborghini side walls will be stiff.

Kwik Fit have Continental SportContacf 325/35 22 for around £330 per tyre, and if you order quickly then the BF2024 code will take 20% of that price, so down to £264, Just over £1000 is good value for tyres like yours.

If Kwik Fit are doing them for that price then others might be less expensive if you shop around. I find Kwik Fit fairly competitive and their Mobile fitting service is very good, but best use who you trust most.
