Flat Bonnet Badge for CLK w208

Hi everyone

i'm an MB newbie, just bought a clk430 2002 w208 and i love it!
i've bought a flat bonnet badge for it for when i go into town - it's dead easy to swap between it and and the star.
i got it from inchcape part number A2048170616 - it fits perfectly, doesn't exactly follow the contours of the bonnet but it's adjustable and it gets very close!
cost £14 inc vat and postage

I've had mine fitted on my w202 for a few weeks now .

just trying to let people know its easy and quite cheap to safeguard your star when heading into the city!!

here's some pics of it on the car - tried to show that it's pretty flat to the bonnet but not absolutely flat. sorry about the dust specks!
