Front Wheel Bearing

Can anyone tell me how to adjust (if possible) the front wheel bearing on a 2002 c class coupe showed a bit of movement on the MOT but nothing excessive

Get the proper grease from MB.

Remove wheel.

Remove hub cap

Remove bearing and re-grease.

Adjust as necessary.

is it a taper roller bearing with a tab nut on outside, not looked at it yet

Yes. There is no tab just a 5mm allen key that locks the nut
