Fuel Distributor 260e '90

I have a W124 260e '90 (Auto) does anyone know how to test one or the EHV which is attached to it. Fuel line-in pumps petrol with loads of pressure but nothing comes through the injector feeds. Electric-hydraulic actuator was really guncked up with sticky deposits.

I think this is where the heart of my problem with non-starting has originated. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks.

Only thing I can suggest is to disconnect the petrol feed and pour neat injector cleaner into it and reconnect. Might clear it?
