Hello,
Just changed my Tranny oil, drain nearly 8 litres aprox, put back in 7 litres 100 Ml. Is that the correct amount? Or is is 7,200?
Thank you.

I thougt it was 7.5, don't quote me.
Did you do this at the side of the road again?

Did you also drain the tourque converter?

did it all, also changed the spring inside the gearbox valve thingy. Its much better now, so far, I didn't feel any tuck tuck like before, going to test it now.

Well, I read few post that recomment to change it at 40,000. It would not hurt the box to do it and if you change the oil I'll go with the filter too. You need a new gasket as well, perhaps drain plugs and washer for the torque convertor if you want to do it all and a drain plug/ washer for the sump of the gearbox, they are cheap. Also a magnet maybe? I have none but I am now thinking of putting it out of the sump, just to be secure.
