In the interests of getting in training for Friday, I was out last night with GF for a Balti in Southport (Kasturi, Eastbank St, Highly recommended.)

Several pints of Cobra later, I was on the Karaoke in the pub across the road. Feeling rather delicate this morning. I blame the Cobra. Guess I should have brought a mongoose…

Looking forward to Yadgar - I think I might have the Tandoori Mars Bar, and Haggis Tikka Masala
