Changing the glow-plugs on my E300TD today, unfortuantely 2 were very tight and one has snapped under load and is remaining in situe, in the head.
Anybody able to offer any removal advice now that doesnt involve removing the head?
I had heard that you can heat the metal around the plug thread in the hope of loosening it enough to get a set of grips on and unthread it but this sounds a little violent for my liking.
Any help appreciated.
