Headlamp Washer Probs. 280 CE

I'm baffled. I turn my lamps on and the headlamp washers turn on too. Trouble is, they don't stop until I turn my lamps off! There's no switch (that I can find). I don't really want to just disconnect the wire, any ideas?

On later models the switch is a push button near the light switch, by the drivers door, with a washer sign on it. Wherever it is- it is stuck.
