Heater problem 2008 E class estate w211

Hi all, New to this so any help would be appreciated. Any easy way to get the duo valve or shut off valve out without stripping servo / master cylinder out.
E Class estate cdi avantgarde (w211) 2008 model.

Have a look at this, is this the valve in question.

Easy to do with them in. Takes bout an hour but scraped knuckles are defo going to occur. Remove wipers scuttle and wiper motor and the pipes and valve. The new valve has an extra lump that stops it sitting in the bracket correctly so requires a bit cutting off the bracket.
Just looked at the link above and that's for a leftie so much easier than a Uk car. Enjoy! Lol. I'm in westmidlands if you need it doing. Pm me
