heater problem on clk 200

my heater packed up last week ....and i tried the fuse seems ok took the motor tested on the bettary motor work can any one tell me what the problem can and what i can do to fix the heater, its it very cold i need the heater ...

Not quite clear here, you say that the fan is OK when connected to a battery

Did you try the correct fuse?
Maybe there is a break in the wiring somewhere, or a faulty switch.

i have taken the blower motor out and taken the resistor off , connected the red and blue wire to the battery and worked fine off the bettary of the car ...but when i connect thorough the normal way it not working....do you know is there anyfuse other then the on under the bonnet?

99 times out of a 100 it will be the regulator pack that is at fault, if you have 0-5 volts coming out of the control unit,. then thats OK and just leaves the pack
