Help identifying this front end W211

It's a white version of mine - with an AMG bodykit/type III wheels.

I like it in white.

Airmatic too :thumb:

AMG Bodykit,,,, is this a front end that can be picked up anywhere and for less than the cost of a third world country???

BTW I just looked at your car "Stunning" springs to mind, a saloon in Iridium with those wheels that front would be pretty much my ultimate look,,,

It's front bumper, side skirts and rear apron plus wheels. I'm sure they are available somewhere.

Alps fitted an E63 front to his - perhaps you could PM him.

Thanks for the compliment about mine - the 19" CLS wheels made a big difference to how it sits.

I ask as the bumper you highlighted says 02_06, in other words, pre facelift.

A later car would need post facelift.

Alps is your man.

Is this on that E220cdi you were looking at?

Personally I'd leave it be but if you must hunt down a used AMG body kit.

I had black and silver 211's, the silver works better on that car.

It is for that one. I sent an email and am waiting for documentary proof of miles, they have all the details of the Vectra and 30 plus pictures to settle on a trade in ;)

Amg pack bumper, keep a look out on eBay , German eBay is good, try and get one complete as the little bits add up, they are pretty rare, also look out for e63 bumpers, copies don't fit right so go genuine, brand new cost over £1200, good luck

Sorry to hijack a little but do the CLS 19's fit straight onto the 211 without any spacers etc?

I can only speak for my style (type III), but yes, a straight fit, no spacers.

All I did was take off the CLS tyres of 255 front and 285 rear and replace them with E Class 19" tyre sizes of 245 front and 275 rear.

Simples.

I should add, I have Airmatic - just in case the different suspension set up makes any difference to clearances.

I perhaps had bet look into it a bit further as I have a pre facelift 320 v6 estate with self levelling rear and spring front

Running 18's at the mo but love the simple elegance of the CLS wheels

They look awesome on your car and compliment the body really well

There was no suggestion from anyone who gave me advice that they would only fit with Airmatic, however, I thought it worth a mention.

Others will know, I'm sure.
