HID conversion Xenon

Hi all,

Very dark at night nowadays and i feel my halogen bulbs and not up to the job of night driving. I am thus wishing to upgrade to Xenon but dont want to pay the hefty price from MB.

There are plenty on ebay going for much cheaper such as the following link:

I have a E-class 270CDI W211 2003, and wanting to know if this will work in my car nicely? I heard that some cars need to get reprogrammed from dealer.

Im in glasgow, so if anyone know where i can get it supplied or fitted i would be grateful.

Try looking at the umpteen threads on HID's below - that should give you a good idea.

For supply www.hids4u.co.uk as per many threads and any reasonable garage with half a brain should be able to fit them.

Search is a wonderful function.

Hi digisatman...............I can thoroghly recommend that you speak to Ian at HIDS4U. If you go to their website, you will find a picture of my 2004 tansanite blue E280CDi fitted with thier kit. Ballasts are nice and small, so easy to install in limited space under bonnet. Excellent service, and they are well aware of all the potential problems with the electronics of modern cars.
