Hood Fabric glue...

I have just bought and fitted a new rear window for my Zed, and the glue provided to stick down the overlap of roof is not all that great (as a sealant is fine). So can anyone recommend one that is suitable for mohair roofs and will be pretty damn strong?

I used evostick when I had to glue my quantum roof.
Its still stuck after a good few years of use.
