How can I do this ?......

Does anyone know where I can find a body shop in London who would do this to my 2009 c-class saloon. i've never been one for personalising cars, but this look takes my breath away. I would have one classy car if it was done right. There are issues about brakes over-heating etc but I'm hoping it'd be some kind of hinged panel?

Just cut some panels out of acrylic and screw them onto some brackets. Rear wheel spats are all the rage on Ecomodder forum as they do improve aerodynamics and stability.

I'm not suggesting you have top do this far, but it can become obsessive...
