How do i open up a remote key fob??

Any one know how you open up a remote key fob, black plastic type from 05 car.....?? Cheers...

1. Release the metal emergency key using the release button.

2. Inside the hole that came from, adjacent to the release button is a grey plastic shape. Using the metal key, push that grey plastic bit SIDEWAYS and this releases the end cap which is attached to the battery tray.
3. Pull!

Difficult to describe (manual has pictures) but it works on mine - just tried it!
