how do you post a .mpg file on this site?

Got a great fun clip - how do I get it on to the site?
I use an iMac so perhaps that's why I can't.

It needs to uploaded onto host site first.Have you got any web space from your "isp"?

Got web space on blueyonder but haven't got time to set it up at the moment and a bit of a technological dunderhead too..........
