How easy are these to fit?

The near side mirror signal light on my W215 keeps sending me a message that it is not working properly. A visual inspection confirms that the indicator is only flashing on the small area nearest to the body, indicating that the unit has switched to some sort of standby mode. These don't seem a simple replacement, necessitating a visit to the workshop.

I just found these advertised on ebay and wondered how easy they are to fit?

They are cheaper than that from the dealer..

If you know how to remove the mirror cover then replacement of the bulb is very easy.

Except I don't. Is there a how to anywhere? Does anybody have the part number?
