how many times do you clean your car

I look out of the window and if it is raining then the car is being cleaned!

Living in a rural environment and having a house down a long gravel track gets it pretty dirty, then the local birds and our chickens do the rest.:D

Once every 3 months for a really good polish/wax inside clean and leather treatment. Once a week for a wash and once a fortnight vac inside.

Nothing worse than dirty local birds.:D

Yes, nothing worse than the dirty little cluckers!:D

I am a very meticulous person.

I wash my car every year whether it needs it or not.

:D

OK, OK, I wash it every 2-3 weeks, but I keep the inside spotlessly clean and remove any rubbish or loose objects asap.

how many times do you clean your Merc i clean mine three times a week thats wash and wax , and do the inside at lest twice a week:thumb::thumb:

Have you noticed your car gradually getting bigger?

With three coats of wax per week, you are definitely going to fail any MB paintwork warranty paint depth test in a year or so. The coating will be that thick...

What is this 'cleaning' thing you refer to ?

Is that what the butler does ?

Oh dear me no! A gentleman's gentleman would never sully his hands with such a task. That is the job of ones driver!

I polish mine whenever I feel the need............

The car - whenever it's dirty, however, I can't go on a long journey in a dirty car - it drives miles better when clean - everybody knows that.

Indeed.

I can hear MOCA

At 9:41 pm., Mocas would be relaxing with a restorative single malt or a fine cognac.

Pimms is a daytime refreshment.

So did you mean 'how many times do you clean your car' literally?

Then the answe is never... I live in a flat in central London and can't wash the car in the street. It's done by the local 'hand car wash' guys for a fiver outside-only or a tenner inside-out.

hell yes:rock:

Well when I bought the car it was weekly. That soon changed.
I soon came to realise that going down farm tracks that are muddy in the winter and dusty in summer makes the time and money spent using the jet-wash then shampoo/wax rather wasted, as it'll be mucky again within a day.
Now it just gets cleaned every few weeks to every couple of months depending on how things go - the interior goes much longer. It makes it look good briefly, especially if it doesn't get used for a couple of days, but it keeps the paint in better condition - especially important in winter when the gritters are out.
But even if I were in a position to keep it clean and had enough time on my hands, I don't see that I could ever clean it more than once a week, I'd realise the lack of a life and find something useful to do.

I see it's been de-badged too.
;)
