With me and I bet with Oliver, you will get the old plugs back, you will be shown the coil packs and will see where the bolts have been removed. If you are in any doubt, I would wait till your arrival and do the rear ones while you waited, just so that you know they have been done.

So when you moving down to my neck of the woods!!!???

Just putting a letter together to complain about couple of bad experiences at this dealership.

Where's the best place to send the letter? I'm thinking Milton Keynes. Is it worth going to DCUK too/instead?
