How to activate GPS in ML350 2009

Guys, I need your help: I have 2009 ML350 with command unit NTG 2.5 I added hard drive with GPS navigation was working but there was no sound. I went to the dealer to reprogram Logic7 amplifier, and they tried to re-program it and now i have sound , but system does not show navigation option. MB dealership could not activate it even with their computer.

I don't believe that it can not be done.

How do I unlock the hard drive to activate navigation option. There is got to be a way with hidden menue.
