How to check the level of gear fluid in W210?

This may be an obvious thing to do, but I have no idea how to check the level of the automatic-gear fluid of my W210.

Check in your owner’s manual, it is clearly laid out for you there.

You need a MB dipstick available on ebay. Make sure the gearbox is hot and check with engine running.
