unless the buyer has a punter wanting a load of parts

Driver's seat in Germany (passenger seat here so less worn) will be worth a fair bit, seven seat conversion will be very saleable.

I'm sure he'll get his money back very quickly

A mate of mine in Teddington sold his teal blue w124 coupe with a dent in the rear passenger quarter panel for £700 ( via Ebay ) , the chap was a German breaker who came over with a trailer and collected 4 cars over a couple of days ...

Said the E320 coupe was worth about 4k euros in parts in Germany.
