Ian Wright (AKA IAN WALKER)124 Works A Service+

I had a trip to see Ian Walker at 124works earlier this week, around 60 miles from where I live, for an A service.

Ian and his apprentice (seems very competant for a "young un") carried out the service which I am pleased with.

There is a difference in dealing with these guys as opposed to the main dealerships. You get things straight from the horses mouth (sorry Ian) and a running commentary of the events unfolding whilst they work on your car.

I was invited to see the underside of my car whilst it was up on the ramps and Ian answered any questions I had and pointed out certain things giving me detailed information etc..

He didn't keep me locked in the waiting room or ask me if I was interested in changing my car and when I remembered a couple of small issues he carried out tests and diagnosed there and then for free!

Good old fashioned service is what you get. Rare nowadays...
