This is ridiculous. Television has already identified that the existing unit will receive Radio 2 satisfactorily. Nothing further is required of a wireless unless you are communist or a foreigner.

If you really were Major General Smythe then you would be like the rest of us civilised gentle folk and be enjoying the excitement of Radio 4 with the most welcome daily episodes of the Archers.
Radio 2 is for the uncouth that enjoy having their bassy tweety thingies rattling our mansion windows.
Lance Corporal, we retired Major Generals are not a bunch of Archers-listening pinkos. We have moved on since the end of the Cold War. I will have you know that the opinions of Terry Wogan are held in the highest regard in the upper echelons of the British Army and that Steve Wright has the ear of the top man himself.
Radio 4 went out with the Chieftain and the GPMG.
