After a long and happy time driving my old W124CE, I've decided to defect to another Marque.

This time, I've decided to buy some true US muscle and fully abuse my company petrol card they so kindly provide and put a deposit down on one of these :D http://www.dodge.com/tomahawk/flash.html

Where is the laptop going to be mounted on that? :)

Sp!ke, is that what you wanted to take to Bruntingthorpe ?

Love to see you go round mini roundabouts :D ;)

Boy do they shift though.

I'd love to see it go around ANY roundabout or bend for that matter!

why would you bother going round - wouldn't you just fly straight over the top - or plough anything on front - including land and bricks out of the way :D

You almost had me for a second there Sp!ke - tut tut

;) ;) I am sure Sp!ke will concur. This beast does have 'steering' and I have seen it being 'ridden'

It is without doubt the ultimate pose machine, although it 'might' not be street legal.

You could try registering it as an agricultural tractor ;) ;) Farmers appear to be above the law.

4 wheels = no crash helmet required, and you could drive it on a car license... yep I guess they are gonna have a few rumbles with the DVLA :)

The wheels both tilt if that makes sense. Basically, when you lean, both sets of wheels still remain in contact with the ground.

$600,000 seems a little bit too much just for ultimate pose value though.

Yeah, jet fighters can't corner either but they seem to have no problem making progress!

Do not drop it: weighs 1490kg!

But if any wheel is within 500 mm of the next wheel, it is considered the same wheel - like the double wheel transits...

however.....

<ot>
if you had three in line on a normal bike (wheelbase 1500mm approx) then you wont need a helmet - as

a helmet must be worn on a TWO WHEEL motorcycle
as the thing has (as far as the law is concerned) 1 wheel...

Hi Guy,
I thought it was actually two wheels, one at the front and one at the back. (although it has two at both front and back)

It is certainly a good thread and I am trying to remember what program I saw this 'thing' on.

Still reckon its a good idea to register it as an agricultural vehicle :D (I am amazed at what farmers drive on our roads)

Don't think it'll run on red diesel. :D

So erm... Is it any good in the snow?

:D I suppose you could stick it in reverse and let the exhaust either blast, or melt the snow away. :D

John

Nice thread Sp!ke

Perhaps one of these could recover the think from a snow drift.
