Yep, I`ve used these guys too. They`re good and keep you informed. :thumb:

My Dad uses them and seems to be very satisfied.

Thanks for the tip about these... you're under no obligation naturally but I'm looking to have the ATF changed on my w203 coupe soon, it' at 38k now. would you be willing to let us know how much this was for you? Cheers if you can...

Finally got round to getting my ATF changed today. Smoothe as silk gearbox now, Ben gave the car a good look over as well and informed me everything was ok (apart from 2 x rear tyres getting close to needing a change which I knew about). I was given a lift into Skipton to mooch around whilst the work was being done (How many pork pie shops!?) and given a very, very reasonable bill for the work done at the end of it. Great experience and certainly won't be my last time here. Thanks guys, top job and well worthy of the recognition and recommendation.

Whats their hourly rate and do you know if they let you watch the work being done? I use another independent garage at the moment but its not Mercedes where I can watch what they do. I find this the best part as you learn a lot, have a good chat about the car and can make sure that the work is done as it should-Ive had a few issues in the past.

Hi, sorry for the late reply and I hope you've got yourself sorted. I never asked about hourly rates and haven't done so yet. I always go on a job cost. In aother thread I've mentioned that I had a B service done for just shy of £300.00 incl' parts. I doubt very much at all whether they'd object to you watching / enquiring / asking questions. I was there when they bled / replaced my brake fluid and returned early while they were doing my ATF, no problems with me asking q's, looking over ther eshoulders at all. Hope this helps :)
