Indicator lights on front wheel arch (C63 AMG)

Hey guys just a quick question. I noticed on different versions of the C63 that the entire bodywork appears to be the same (same front end etc) yet some versions have the side indicator lights on the front wheel arch. I was wondering if this is on the US version as it appears the European version doesn't have these? Thanks
