Installing Sat Nav + Dvd Unit for E class

Hello all am new to this forum - Please i will need some assistance i bought an 03 E Class 220CDI that have got Cd player with radio somebody recommended i look on eBay to buy the unit on there. I have now bought the NTG 1 complete DVD and Sat Nav unit but don't know much about this since am new to Benz as well. How do i go about the installation process and what could be the possibility of it working in my car...hopefully someone can help me - any ideas ?
