I have an ongoing problem that I have mentioned before but basically the roof button stays lit as does the headrest button the mirrors stop working the remote boot release and all the windows. To clear I disconnect the battery for 30 seconds then reconnect and go through setting windows and clearing the abs bas lights and it's fine again but it could go at any time.
I have noticed a lot of condensation and dampness in car so started putting a dehumidifier in the car overnight, on average I get out 700 ml a night for last 4 nights and the problems is a lot less than before, what can the dampness be acting upon, any ideas welcome:confused:

Not wanting to state the obvious, but it appears you have a leak coming into the car. Quite possibly the drains below the wipers are blocked with muck and the water is coming into the footwell. This in turn may be affecting your electrics.

Id take up the front carpets and check for water ingress first.

Well I did look under the passenger side carpet and it was or is a bit wet and there is quite a few electronic bits behind the metal plate, drain was a bit blocked cleared now I will have to check other side as well. Trouble is I live in Cornwall close to the ocean and it's always damp . Thanks for advice
