I've switched to Firefox, imo, not as good as IE7 but I suppose it a question of getting used to it. For example, it won't hold two email accounts on the same PC but that's only a few more clicks.

For those of you forced to continue with IE M$ have issued a selection of workarounds to reduce the risks while they make another patch for their operating system.
