Bizarre - driving to work today, did nothing different, and up pops the phone book (in duplicate) and all the other stuff - having not done so before since v2.0 was resleased. There is no logic to this! I'm using a 3g now btw.

I tested the iphone cradle with the 3G iphone yesterday and it seems to work fine. Its easy to pair, downloads the phone book, appears to charge and could possibly fit in the A/B class too. I say this as it is clearly designed for cars with a larger area around the UHI connector. Still if you were not bothered about hooking it up to an ipod kit you could carefully cut the adapter lead off and it fits fine then.

Alternatively for those who retrofit the most kit, place the UHI in the glovebox and the cradle will fit fine then.

The standard MB HFP cradle or the ViseeO 2000 will both work as long as you already have phone prewire.

Make sure you have the latest software on your iphone (2.2)

If you want the cradle to charge the phone A204 820 23 51 (iphone only)

Or for bluetooth connection B67875877 (many different phones)
