Is the 2 year free servicing option transferrable

c class c250 cdi
Bought a 59 reg c class back in oct 10 and the offer was also for the 1st two services free. As i now need to sell the car (divorcing!) can i transfer the 2 years free services to the person who buys it?
Had a mixed response when i phoned up the Mercedes garage!
