IWC clock retrofit in 2022 E class

Hello, I have a 2022 E Class Estate and want to retrofit the IWC analogue clock into the middle console. I got the console part with the fitted clock and the clock connector with the 3 wires. I learned that the yellow wire cannot go onto the parking sensor switch as suggested here somewhere for a C class retrofit. Can somebody tell me where it needs to be connected to exactly in the E class ? Thanks.
