I didn’t realise it had a pop up spoiler.

Yes they all do it comes up at 80mph ish or by pressing the button this 1 has a fixed spoiler (quite rare apparently) pn roof,active exhaust plus a few other options its quite abit wider than the 63

Managed to do the original deal ,so I now own the jag the services and brake fluid were all done on time just didn't register them as separate items

I saw the fixed spoiler in your photos. Does it still have the pop up as well? The model I saw didn’t have the fixed.

No the pop up is a completely different boot I still have the possibility to replace the boot for the standard 1 if I want but that's never going to happen basically identica system l to the Audi tt

Thanks as said previously I still have the SLK55 AMG so will still be on here the 63 never got used so it had to go 300 miles since dec

Blimey, when you said you’d barely used it I thought you’d say a few thousand miles, not a few hundred!

The F-type is a handsome thing. I think it deserved greater success. I still remember seeing the first prototype

I test drove the v8 as it was on my short list before the C63 it seemed front end heavy but this v6s seems to drive alot better very smooth and you can chuck it around abit (not really had chance yet though) the noise is nice but alot higher pitch than the 63 but still makes me smile on over run plus in genral terms Not from experience but what I've read the ZF 8 speed is a better transmission its all just a learning curve for me ,1 think i will add is i tend to keep my performance cars for around a year but ive had c63s for the past 5 years and at this moment in time the SLK55 is going nowhere

I think of when people are selling a car - why they’re getting rid of it?

In my case, the answer is "I don't know", car was perfect it had only done 8000miles, black, convertible, red seats what's not to like. The seed was sown when a friend of mine said if your ever thinking of selling it, I'll buy it. I said no, but a few months on I phoned him but he had just bought a 911 the day before. My brain by then was in selling mode & off it went. Still don't know why I sold it

I totally agree with you on the part as im now in selling mode I had a no of px offered me but you can just tell the crap from the good After the M3 cab I said id never buy another and ive stuck to it (apart from the SLK55) The problem I have is i sell the car the wife says no more then she comes home to something else

I was at a Jaguar do today and spotted one of my old friends over the bonnet of a D type. Both Le Mans winners....last century.
