Hi gang.

I've been lurking on the site on occasion and finally decided to join up.

I notice that there is a great cross section of cars on this site which I think is a good thing, and it seems to be a very helpful and friendly place too!

I've owned a few Mercedes' over the years but I finally found my dream car earlier this year!

Its an '88 560SEC in silver with navy (white piped) leather and its in perfectly stock trim.

Hi...welcome..love that motor...what a pure classic.One up for sale by me, sittin outside the house with a for sale sign on it...Guy has had it for about ten years and treasures it, polishes and cleans all the time. Wants three grand for it...dunno what year as its on a private plate !...only prob its in a very pale horrible metalic green !!!...by the way whats with the german plate ?... forces ?...

The German plate is just a bit of fun....I had front real German plates made with my number on them, with slightly oddly placed digits to give a true German feel to the car!........they were fitted purely for the pics
