Location of the gps receiver in a w203

Going to get the spanners out and change the GPS receiver, do any of you know where merc have hidden it and is it a quick job or am I going to get in trouble with the boss indoors?

Do you actually mean the GPS antenna with the LNA amplifier? If you do not have any antenna at the top of the roof, then the GPS antenna is likely installed at the top instrument cluster space. Try to follow the antenna cable from the head unit.

Its the concealed type, I have been told that they are more than likely around the instrument cluster as you say. Many thanks
