Hi,i am viewing/testing an ex demo e class saloon at mb Ashford on saturday & would appreciate any feedback from anyone thats used them in the past,thanks for any help.

They're my local MB dealer, parts mob very helpful especially while I had the S203. Bought my S204 from the last March. Helps if you've done your homework - for example I knew that the car I was interested in would need a 4 year B service 3-4 months later, got it included in the price and done before delivery.

Are you driving there? If so, J10 M20, follow A2070 signposts off the big roundabout coming off the motorway. Next roundabout turn right into Orbital Park, then left at the next one, they're about 200yds on right. they're a hike from the railway, don't know if there's a suitable bus so a taxi from the station would be best bet.

i bought a car from them recently - they were most helpful and flexible
i get parts from them too -
Ive always dealt with Maidstone for my AMG ( partly because i bought it there and they have recently become an AMG appointed dealership ) who are part of the same group

Hi Steve, they are also my local dealer and picked up my new w204 just after Christmas. Seem all good so far but have not had reason to use service or parts yet.
There was an issue on day of collection with my car not being ready but was dealt with professionally and I was given another car for a couple of hours whilst waiting for mine.

Funnily enough something similar happened with mine - salesman phoned to say they'd be late having it ready, so I just stayed home for a couple more hours. Had a couple of other minor problems, all well handled by them. Other than that, only reason I've had to go back to them so far was an attempt to find out what map version was on my Comand. Their guys did not know how to access the engineers menu and find out - but thanks to this forum I did! Have to get her serviced early March before the 12 month tier 1 warranty runs out - just in case. Will also be interesting to see what they want to renew the warranty - suspect I will decline!
