About 18 months ago I was unlucky enough to have one of the infamous valeo radiator failures on my 2002 E-Class and in a fit of peak vowed never to darken MB's door again.
However, having owned a new shape Mondeo for the time since (which is incredibly competant) I am on the prowl for something that feels a bit more special.
Long story short, I sat in an '07 E-Class yesterday and immediately got that feel good factor I was looking for. So my question is, have any problems surfaced with the facelifted W211 that I should know about - especially having been so badly stung the last time. Looking at an E220 CDI Auto Avantgarde, although I'd be interested to know more about the special edition 'Executive', like do they have real or man-made leather because I can't tell from the photos?
