Hi!
After about 5 years without a Merc i'm looking to get one again. Had a couple previously, and have always loved the marque as they were the best cars when i was growing up in the 80's!
Here are the old one's:
1981 230E
1981 380SE
Currently have an MGF which is great and has everything i need except displacement! Looking for a V8, though would settle for a C32 if it came within budget!
Think it's going to be between a 500SL and a CLK55. I realise that they're very different cars from different times, but i'd really have either! I love the R129 as they look great and i never see them on the road. I like the CLK55 as it's really quite subtle. Take off the badges and most people won't know what's under the bonnet. For the same reasons i like the C32.
Got loads of good info from this wite already. Hopefully won't be too long until i've got a new car!
