Price is too keen.
I don't know why but there is a perception that if you have a 10 year old car on a hideously low mileage, it must be worth a shed load.
I would be avoid it as it had more than likely done stop starts and not been run warm and been sat around a lot.

Agree about price and thirsty petrol , but rest of car is a standard default E class to me
