Lost my locking wheel nut adapter

I did a stupid thing today and managed to leave the socket for unlocking my wheel nuts in the wheel itself before taking it for a spin.

Assuming that I can't find it in the vicinity of home when I comb the road for it when its daylight, is there a generic Mercedes type or some resource where I can buy a replacement?

Perhaps someone here has the same type that I could borrow temporarily or maybe someone can point me to a web site where I can select a replacement?

I don't know , when i lost mine , i went to MBWorld and a tech came out with about 25 in a box and went through them one by one until he found one that fitted ...

He said 'If you ever need to order another one , its number **'

If you do have to muller them to get them off, i have a genuine set of Benz locking bolts you can have....

if they are genuine ones then go to your local parts department and they will have a set and try them until one fits, then they will order one in, they were about £10 if i rem correctly.

Just go to any MB dealer and they'll match it up and order you a new one, they're about £20 of so.

I took a walk around the block and pretty much found it where I expected it to be in the gutter on the first left hander that I took after leaving the house. yesterday.
