MAF sensor info

looking for bit of info and help, my 2003 c220 cdi coupe is slow in accelarating like theres bit of guts missing, i read it may be the MAF sensor but need some info on where it is please thanks

It is in the plastic housing screwed to the air filter housing leading to the turbo-charger.

Meter the output on pin5 WRT Gnd before condemning. Expect ~2vdc at idle rising to ~4.8Vdc at full revs and boost.
