Mail Merge help please!

Our office PC's have been updated and now we have office 2007, the problem I am having is that we have a mail merge document that auto fills recipients on opening. The document just cant seem to find the data source unles I choose 'remove all data' and the go through the merge manually.
Does anyone have any ideas!

Office 2007 onwards presents a whole new challenge when it comes to mailmerges - you'd be well advised to set your templates up from scratch using their new method.
Sorry I can't be more specific, I only know we write our own software to do mail merging in word and boy did we have some serious problems!
 
Wild thought here as I don't have Office 2007.
Have you opened the list of addresses, and saved it in Office 2007 format?
Maybe the mailmerge is looking for the source in a current document format.
 
Thanks Guys, will have to keep trying, the old tried and tested 'Blunder about blindly until it works but I don't know why' routine!
 
Which programs are you using for the mailmerge and the recipient list ?
If you have upgraded one and not the other it can cause problems.

When using google search for this type of problem, I always include mvps in the search.
