Making good,Brabus badge

On my front wings I have badges saying "powered by Brabus".Unfortunately I have lost the Y on one side,I have bought some replacements from Germany and the instructions say the adhesion gets to full strength in 48 hours so now the weather is not so warm should I leave it until after the winter or just go for it,any suggestions greatly recieved.

Warm the panel up first with a hairdryer, apply the badges then give it another warm over with the hairdryer to accelerate the adhesive.

Thanks for the reply,I was thinking along the same lines but I think it would be safer to replace the whole decal rather than just the letter y because the hairdryer will weaken the adhesive over the whole of the old one,don't you think?

Sorry yes it will, I had assumed you would remove the old decal and fit the new one in their entirety

Thanks for the offer John but I have nothing to bottle up that lovely Welsh water to bring it home in so it looks like I'll have to tackle this on my own and maybe you'll see your baby at a later date.lol,
