MAS Part no. help required!

I have been offered a MAS for my car at a Very good price but I need to check it will fit. Apparantly it has the numbers 000 094 0048 then below that 0280 217 100 on it. Can anyone shed any light???

Answer . No it doesnt fit a c200 only a c230k:(
 
hi I am also trying to find a cheaper source for MAS # 111 094 0148 for a c200K (202).
Any ideas out there?
 
I can use that MAF

Hi I wished I had seen this earlier. I can use that MAF as it is meant for older C-class models like mine 1996 C220. MB p/n 000 094 0048 and Bosch p/n 0280 217 100. Please PM me if it is still available with details. Ta

This blokes got 5 maf's at £25 each at the moment, no part no though but says for mercedes benz 271 engine (c180k 200ketc)

hi No1vic, thanks but as you can see none of them match mine exactly (MB# nor Bosch#). Cheers. Something is definitely up with the dealers/distributors in these things as I read thread back in 2004 quoting main dealer prices of £200-£300 but I just checked with MB and my MAF is £430 (inc vat) !! Even BBA Reman is selling a remanufactured one for £205 (inc vat) obviously following in the footstep of the main dealers hiking their prices. As many have pointed out in the past threads it is a part with no major engineering to it. I bet someone in China can produce it for a couple of pounds if there was enough demand and distribution channel for it.
