MB190E - 1985 Problem with replacing the ignition lock and bottom piece

Hi,
My ignition key have stucked or more precise it's difficault to turn, I went to the Mercedes shop here in Copenhagen and bought a new "bottom piece" (not sure about the correct name of this part), then this afternoon I stated to dismantle the dash board but are unable to remove it - it's loosen but I can't get to the ignition key/bottom piece.
Can anyone help with description, picture?
Would really appriciate any help.

PS. Sorry for spelling, I'm Danish.
