If your car supports import of Personal POIs, then there could be a way around it (though it does not work as well as a 'proper' speed camera alert system). Have a look here, for example:

I bought it at the time but never really used it.

I found it annoying that it kept beeping and alerting me to cameras that weren't actually on my route (because the cameras are entered as POI, it alerts you about cameras 360⁰ around you, not just ahead of you), and in camera-packed London this meant constant beeping, even if none of the cameras that it was trying to warn me about, were actually on my route. That meant constant glancing at the map to ensure that the camera was indeed on another road.

I suppose that it might be beneficial for those who drive mostly on motorway and country roads, where the likelihood of being falsely alerted to cameras that are on different roads, is small.

These days I use Waze via Android Auto.

(The other odd thing is that COMAND never had speed cameras alerting on any version, but the Becker Map Pilot did, and it actually worked quite well).

Your car is probably missing from the list because it did not exist when the list was created? The list does not cover any MBUX model but still the POI file that I had been using with my W222 (on the list!), works with the W223 MBUX (with a few cameras manually added...).

Good call. AFAIK if the unit supports poi , it should work.

So got a 6m old 2022 as per title and was dismayed to discover it has no memory seats. £65K car and no memory seats - seriously?

Or am I missing something? I can create a personalised profile for pretty much every ambient lighting function but I cant recall my seat settings?

Even more odd its listed as a standard feature in the brochure.

Help me out here please!

Yeah I did notice that but I also checked on mbux in the car and it does seem to have the option for personal POIs so I figured I might give it a go anyway

I did wonder if the PM function was linked to post count. Thanks.
