I didn't know that style of wheel was available in 18", I thought the oem ones were 17" only, is this aftermarket?

confirmed, OEM offerings in that style are:

7.5 x 16 ET 42
8 x 17 ET 38

Must be aftermarket.

17" was the max size for OEM (on Avantgarde) so yes they have to be aftee market non OEM (originals).

Not quite a bargain as they appear to be replicas... Replicas can be bougt for £75 per wheel in that spec brand new (saw some yesterday).
