It's amazing how many lies someone can put in one message. Even to this day, you've never said a single 'sorry' for what you caused to me Mr Manek. Normally, I wouldn't reply, but you are offending me with your lies, so, taking it from the top:
I never said a single swear word to your employees. Of course, I've never spoken with you either in person or over the phone. I do admit raising my voice on one of the phone calls I had after I received the car without having the agreed issues rectified. I apologized for that profoundly and your employee accepted my apology. I NEVER offended any of your employees and I have always been patient with all of you. However, in case my choice of words in any verbal communication was poor and I offended anyone, I do apologize and I cincerely didn't mean to offend them.
I never expected a new car. However, I expect things that you agreed to be fixed, to actually be fixed. You have said these words before in your aggressive e-mails. Please provide a single piece of proof I wanted this car to be fixed like new. I, on the other hand, have written proof that you agreed to fix the list of issues I had identified when I viewed the car.
Some of the issues were trivial, I know! Again, why did you agree to fix them and then didn't? How do you justify that? Also, the 'minor' scratches in the boot area were so deep in the plastics that I would have injured my self or had damaged any items of my own when placing them in the boot. That's the reason I asked if they could be fixed and you agreed.
Thousands spent??? I laugh! I have the invoices you sent along with your angry emails back in November. Most of them are actually duplicates. Yes, I did check them out. I have them right here if anyone wants them. How much more do you want to play the victim now?
You NEVER offered to take the car back from me when the engine light came on. And I quote from the e-mail exchange: "Engine light needs to be diagnosed locally. Not a main dealer please and any and all costs need to be authorised with us first". Sent on 7/11/23 and signed by Jay Manek, Director of Mercland.
It was not 6 months when the engine light came on!!! I posted the dates in a previous message and I'll post them again. I bought the car from Mercland 1/9/23. It was delivered on 15/9/23. It was picked up on 3/10/23 to go back to Mercland. It was re-delivered to me on 2/11/23. An employee called me on 3/11/23 to justify the delivery driver's action to drop the car and never tell me it had the engine light on. I send a comprehensive e-mail with everything outstanding, including the engine light, on the 7/11/23. If you think I had the car for 6 months before the engine light came on Mr Manek, please do provide your evidence. Because the dates just don't add up! Everything I say here is backed up by photographic evidence of course.
Last, but not least, the car was delivered to you on the 27/1/24. You refunded Carmoola yesterday, 19/2/24. So, it's been over 3 weeks and the car was advertised on both your website and on Autotrader all this time. Yet another lie that it was only 1 week and you've been away.
I'm going to close this with a question to Mr Manek. What else were you referring to when you said "there is a lot that the OP has decided to leave out"? What did I leave out? Please tell me.
